Chris Moorman is Professor, NCSU Faculty Scholar, and Coordinator of the Fisheries, Wildlife,
and Conservation Biology Program at North Carolina State University. He earned his MS (University of Georgia) and PhD (Clemson University) in Wildlife Ecology and Management. Chris teaches courses related to wildlife habitat management and his research programs focus on understanding wildlife habitat relationships, especially as they relate to human-induced landscape change. On the SALT project, Chris's primary role is advising Paul's research on salinization ecology. In addition, he makes regular trips down east to help Paul in the field, at least partially motivated by the possibility of catching some blue crabs when time allows.
